The Process

01 Prior to commencing

After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a contract, welcome guide and logo questionnaire to fill out.
This will help to give me a clear idea of the design style you are after.

02 Initial logo concepts

You will receive the initial 6 logo concepts within 7 days.
Then you have the option of utilizing your 3 included revision rounds so we can perfect your design.

03 Branding designs

Once we have finalized your main logo design, I will design your branding items to match.
You will receive your branding proofs within 2 days – 2 weeks (depending on which package you purchased).

04 File delivery

Once you have approved the final designs, I will email your logo and branding design files within 24 hours.
Then you can start rolling out your new branding straight away!

Feedback Guide

It’s important to look at your concepts through the eyes of your audience, as personal opinions can sometimes get in the way and skew what is best for your business. Here are just a few prompts to help you and guide you when delivering your feedback.

• What’s your favourite part?

• Do you think it speaks to your target audience?

• Does it evoke the right emotions for you?

• Is there anything you think is missing?

• Is there anything else you feel could be improved?

Where are you located?

I am located in Sunshine Coast, Australia but I work with clients from all over the world.

How long does the process take?

It’s hard to give an exact time frame, as it does depend on the package you choose, how many revisions you require, and if any communication is delayed. I generally say it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Can you rush my project?

I don’t provide a rush order service, but there are things that we can do to make sure your project is not delayed. You can help me by replying to email as soon as possible, and providing as much feedback and detail as possible.

Do you provide font files?

I don’t provide font files, but I do include all font information so you can then purchase them yourself to use on your website or other branding.

How will you send my designs?

I will provide all proofs & concepts via email on a brand board. Final files will be delivered via email or Dropbox, depending on the size.

What is a sub/alt logo?

A sub logo or alt logo is another version of your main logo. It is usually a simplified version, or a different layout (stacked text, horizontal or circular). It really comes in handy to have your logo in a few different layouts to suit different needs.
